MABUHAY! (to Life!) The story of why this site came to be.

The reason we started this site is because several orders were placed with another "online" shopping site (shall not mention the name, but not hard to figure out). Upon actually seeing what was delivered, and reviewing the actual order I was quite disappointed. None of the products in the gift basket (except the teddy bear) was what was received. All of the items stated were substituted. There was no communication with regards to the change of items in the order. No recourse, cancellation, refund, nor appology offered. So we took it upon ourselves to see if this service could be improved upon, with the purpose of customer value being priority one. We started this site due to this and many other factors. Most of all because we are the best service period.

Our commitment: To provide a quality and safe shopping service for gifts and services here.

With that commitment and the privacy policy you will find that we are second to none. We offer these services in the Angeles,Dau, Mabalacat area. Shipping can be provided to other areas as well, for additional fees. Please feel free to contact us for orders outside the area. Currently utilizing LBC and will be offering other carriers shortly.

Shipping Information: In some cases there may be delays in deliveries, i.e. weather or any other unforseeable natural disaster. Some orders require advance notification so please do so accordingly as indicated by the items listed. There are no shipping charges in the Angeles, Dau, Mabalacat area. Things like cooked or prepared foods as lechon require a longer advance notice so as to prepare in a timely manner and ensure delivery on the date specified.

In some rare cases items that are in gift baskets or models of appliances may be substituted as there are continuous updates, and newer models available. You will always receive and email with any changes to your order, requesting to proceed. The gift baskets may be subject to availability of the type requested and we will make every effort to ensure value for the purchase. For appliances and electronics, changes in model and style change from time to time and every effort will be made to ensure value for the purchase. In some cases the model may be updated to a newer version. We will maintain and make every effort to keep up with the latest models available. If the model changes we will notify you of the change with a request from you to proceed with the purchase.

Cancellations: Once an item has been ordered and the item processed there is no cancellation. This is due to the low cost of the items and most are prepared foods that are not returnable for obvious reasons. Your cooperation with regards to this is much appreciated.

Refunds: Please be advised that most items such as fresh foods or food products will not be refundable. Quality is assured for this reason and subsequently subject to this. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How do I know my order is being processed? You will recieve a confirmation e-mail from the order page. We suggest that you print the order page so it will be a quick reference during communications. Once the order has been recieved, reveiwed and processs begun, you will reveive an email that is being processed.

Once an order has been delivered you will recieve an email stating item has "shipped". This means that the order has been delivered and the purchase completed.

There are no shipping charges with our orders within the Angeles, Dau, and Mabalacat areas.
